We all need a break from our daily routine, even if your vacation means just staying at home and get caught up on whatever things take priority for you. Doing that means that you’re able to give your brain a break from work or school, and allow yourself to reset and recover.
Perhaps you’re embarking on a more grandiose vacation? That’s even better!
Getting out of your surroundings and exposing yourself to new places and situations, new food, unexpected culture and arts. Just getting outdoors can be a really marvelous way to expand your mind and grow your worldview.

You have to plan for who is going to take care of your home and things (and maybe your animals) while you’re gone. Perhaps having to plan for the work that you’ll miss and much more.
Unfortunately, getting sick does happen for many when away on vacation, or when you return home. There are a few steps that you can take in order to lessen the risk of getting ill.

Staying active is also a great way to avoid getting sick, both at home and when away traveling. Exercise keeps your immune system strong and will increase your energy level as well.

I am sure we are all aware of the practices in effect for preventing this dreaded pandemic covid-19. As a quick reminder and especially if you traveling by air, rail or public bus;
☞ Wash your hands frequently and especially before eating;
☞ Carry hand sanitizer and use frequently;
☞ Avoid touching any surfaces used by others;
☞ Where a face mask indoors within public places and congestion;
☞ Practice social distancing regularly;
☞ Avoid large gatherings.
Above all, be safe and stay safe always. Let’s all work together and be rid of this horrible virus circulating the globe.
